I-Planner is an AI-powered productivity and personal planning application that helps users manage tasks, goals, study plans, career planning, financial goals, and related activities.
We may collect account information, profile details, tasks and goals, uploaded documents, AI interactions, calendar connections, notification preferences, and device information.
We use information to provide and improve the app, generate AI-powered plans and recommendations, sync calendars, send reminders, provide customer support, and maintain security.
AI Coach, syllabus parsing, and goal/exam planning features are powered by OpenAI's API. When you use these features, we send OpenAI: your message text, and — only for the categories you've allowed in Settings → AI Data Access — your task titles and due dates, goal titles and milestones, and calendar/class/exam titles and times. Before AI Coach ever sends your first message, the app shows you exactly what would be shared and asks you to agree. You may revoke access to any data category, or any AI feature, in Settings at any time; nothing already sent to OpenAI can be recalled, but no further data is sent once revoked. OpenAI processes this data to generate a response and, per OpenAI's API data usage policy, does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. OpenAI is contractually required to protect this data to a standard consistent with this policy.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that help operate the app: OpenAI (AI features, described above), Firebase (authentication), hosting and database providers, and Apple/Google (in-app purchase processing). Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us, not for their own independent purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage where appropriate.
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data, subject to applicable law.
I-Planner is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.
